The Finnish Association of Nursing Research supports research in nursing science and its practical application by awarding grants to its members.
In 2025, the call for applications is open in May. The decision on grant recipients will be published at the association’s website by the end of the September of the year of application as well as in the final issue of the Hoitotiede publication.
Grant decisions are submitted to the applicants by email. Grant recipients must prepare a written grant report to the board of the association by the end of the following year. The report must be sent to the secretary of the board by email as a PDF attachment. If a grant recipient fails to submit the report stating how the grant has been used or a decision to postpone it to another year, the recipient will lose their eligibility for further grants.
